Weftus projects are the result of cross-cultural collaboration and friendship. Each piece begins in the hands of artisans across India – block printers, weavers, and painters – who carry forward generations of traditional knowledge. From there, the designs are co-developed with creatives in Japan, New Zealand, and India, forming a triangle of exchange that enriches both the creative process and the final outcome.
Rather than seasonal or mass production, we prioritise custom orders and small-batch creations, allowing room for dialogue, variation, and experimentation. Every project takes time – and that’s intentional. It gives us the space to listen, adjust, and respond to what feels right for everyone involved.
Our products are made slowly, with intention and care. Whether it’s a textile, garment, or printed piece, each item is a reflection of shared values and collaborative spirit. We see our work not just as products, but as invitations – to connect with culture, people, and story.
