Shipping & Returns

Weftus is committed to careful delivery of all our handmade and pre-order items. We carefully wrap all items to ensure your goods arrive safely. All shipping has tracking numbers for secure delivery. Please read the following shipping and returns information carefully.

 

Delivery within New Zealand

Delivery Method: Courier Post

  • North Island – Standard rate: $10 (Over 10kg: $15)
  • South Island – Standard rate: $12 (Over 10kg: $20)

Delivery to Australia

Delivery Method: Economy Courier

  • Under 1kg: $25
  • Over 1kg: $35
  • Over 3kg: $50

Other international shipping

All international orders are shipped from New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated based on your region and the individual weight of each product, displayed at checkout. Please supply a physical address, as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.


Delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Areas outside major city centres
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Regional courier delays


Pricing examples (NZD):

North America – Economy Courier (4–6 working days)

  • Under 3kg: $50
  • 3–6kg: $90

Asia & South Pacific – Economy Courier (4–6 working days)

  • Under 1kg: $50
  • 1–3kg: $75

UK & Europe – Economy Courier (5–6 working days)

  • Under 1kg: $55
  • 1–3kg: $80

Rest of World – Express Courier (2–5 working days)

  • Under 1kg: $70
  • 1–3kg: $95

 

Heavier orders will be calculated according to current NZ Post rates and displayed at checkout. Orders of multiple units may increase the shipping rate.

Optional airmail: If you prefer a more economical airmail option (without the same courier security), please contact hello@weftus.com for a quote.

 

Customs Charges

When ordering internationally, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with local laws. Additional taxes or import duties may apply. Weftus Co. is not responsible for customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

Returns
We encourage thoughtful purchasing as we do not offer refunds unless an item is faulty.

  • Store credit will be provided for items returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift purchases may be returned for an exchange card redeemable within 60 days.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Please contact hello@weftus.com to arrange any return or store credit.

 

Returns Process

  • Notify us via email before sending your return.
  • Send returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items undergo a quality check. Once cleared, you will receive store credit or an exchange.
  • Items not in saleable condition may be refused.

 

Faulty Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If your item arrives faulty:

  • Email us promptly to keep a replacement aside.
  • Faulty items must be returned for inspection.
  • Confirmed faulty items will be replaced, remade, or credited.
  • Items showing general wear and tear are not considered faulty.
